CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hope & Glow Beauty, I value your time and appreciate you trusting me with your skincare and beauty services. To provide the best experience for every client and protect the time reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policy. ● Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 36 hours’ notice may be changed without penalty. ● Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 36 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). ● Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require your appointment to be rescheduled and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). ● No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). I understand that unexpected situations happen. If you experience a true emergency (such as a medical emergency, family emergency, severe accident, or other unforeseen circumstance beyond your control), please contact me as soon as possible. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived at my discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to fill that appointment and directly impact my small business. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
